Well, this is a little out of order. We spent all day Monday on the lake and were pretty beat on Tuesday. So we decided to just hang out around the condo. I brought up some minute to win it games for the kids and they loved it.
The first game we tied an empty tissue box to the kids and filled it with balls. They had to see how fast they could shake them all out.
Next was a ball toss into cups game. Brecken was our champion on that one. It was surprisingly harder than it looked.
The last game was everyone's favorite. It was toss the cheese puffs onto your partners head. We used shower caps covered in shaving cream.
Here are Dillon and Brecken getting balls thrown on their heads.
The shower caps were a little big for the kids and kept slipping down over their faces.
Deakin was very quick at picking up and eating the cheese puffs that fell on the floor, shaving cream and all!
Caden and Taylor were up.
The girls went last. Lana is showing her pretty finger nails that Aunt Britty painted.
Here are the boating pictures from Monday. Branson is getting to be a pretty good surfer!
Lana chillin on the boat.
I was surprised to get up for my first time. (Pardon the thunder thighs, I'm working on that.)
It took a bit of concentration but was so fun!
The littles fell asleep on Aunt Britty while we were surfing.
The boys tubing with Aunt Britty. Going a little slow for Dillon I think.
Lana takes a turn.
My cute, cute, cute 7 year old.
We had a little back porch visitor one night.
The big boys going out paint balling. They are so tough.

Wednesday was the 4th of July. We headed down to Kaysville to play for the day.
First up was the parade!
Lana's pretty hair.
Everyone loves baby Torv.
My patriotic baby.
Brecken can't keep away from this guy.
We were so hot after the parade we opted to have lunch in a nice air conditioned restaurant.
We ate at wingers and it went pretty well until Brecken sprayed his chocolate milk all over Caden's face. Crazy little boys.
Grandpa and Grandma having a good time.
After lunch we went and watched Brave in the theater, had a little dinner back at G&G's house and then to the high school for fire works.
Aunt Britty brought glow sticks for the kids. Here she is putting them on.
Caden and Brecken having a Tron fight.
Thursday turned out stormy so we played at the condo again.
Friday morning we packed up and headed home. When we walked it the house it was really stinky. So we stuck the kitchen trash outside but it was still stinky.
When we went downstairs the carpet was mushy and moldy. We were flooded. Before we left I had Caden water the flowers for me. The faucet is really hard to turn off so I was going to turn it off for him but forgot. Luckily my friend found it and turned it off on Tuesday but the damage had already been done.
Ripping out the old carpet.
You can see where the concrete is all wet.
The boys had to live in the upstairs living room for about 4 days while we ripped out the old carpet, dried out the concrete and got the new carpet installed. They were so cute sleeping on the pull out couch bed.
And the finished product. Not a project we were planning on or excited about but I sure love the finished product!!!
