West's Cali Trip Part III: Beach Days

We spent Tues, Thurs, and Saturday of the trip hanging out at the condo, resting, and playing at the beach.

Here is a beautiful sunset shot from the pool at the condo.
The beach was right across the street.

The beach wasn't super warm and was windy. Perfect for flying kites!

Lana having fun playing in the sand.

It was so nice that whenever we wanted to play at the beach we could go across the bridge and be there.
The first two beach days we really did a lot of resting. Brans and I were getting over the flu and tromping Disneyland for 12 hrs a day is pretty exhausting by itself. So we just played on the beach for an hour or two.

On Saturday, Christmas Eve, we decided to try out another beach. Brans and buds were looking for somewhere not so rocky to boogie board. It was the most beautiful day ever! So warm we were getting hot in our shorts and no wind. This beach was beautiful and had a playground too. The kids loved it and the "big kids" -Brans and the other adults who don't have children- had the best day ever of boogie boarding.

Here we are chillin' in the condo.

Thursday we celebrated Brittany's birthday and Karie's a little too. Cass had some fun minute to win it games. They were so fun and funny that we decided we need to make them a part of every family vacation.
