We were super lucky and got to have a three day weekend over Easter. There wasn't much on the schedule for that Friday so Branson's boss decided to close the office for the day!
We decided to use the extra Daddy time at the zoo. We got a membership to the zoo for Christmas and we are loving it! First up was the tiger, we was prowling back and forth.
The boys of course love climbing on everything!
We had the whole day to take our time. It was so nice not to have to rush. The boys and I took a ride on the carousel. Caden was extatic, and rode on the opposite side of the carousel from me and Brecken. He's getting to be too much of a big boy.
Brecken's still my little guy and wants me around (most of the time). I love that both boys picked bears to ride.
Cotton candy has become a new zoo tradition for us. I'm pretty sure we'll have to have it every time we go from now on.
Even Lana got in on the action.

We had a great time at the zoo, we picked up a pizza on the way home and Brecken and Lana caught some zzzz's in car. That night we did our Easter egg dyeing. It's amazing to me how much Caden can do all by himself now. Kind of nice too.

I love that my hubby always make a Dad loves Mom egg. He's my sweety!

We were so going to go to the zoo last week and didn't because we thought it would be too cold, we'll for sure have to go this summer :)
