Barbecuing Pizza

So you hate how stinkin' hot your kitchen gets while cooking dinner? I sure do. So we tried this out a few weeks ago. I thought it was pretty fun and yummy too.

You just make your dough the same as always using your favorite recipe. Then roll it out. I rolled it a little too thin and it was extra crispy. Lay it on your grill for about five minutes (for charcoal.)

Next, flip the dough over. You can immediately add your toppings while it sits on the grill.

We just top it with whatever we have around the house. This day it was ham and pineapple. Close it up and give it another 4-5 minutes until the cheese is all melty.

Here's Lana playing peek a boo with me.

Ta-da. Yummy grilled pizza!

Holy cow does that look good, I had no idea you could put dough on a grill, how clever :)
