Babies, Babies, Babies

So, my sister-in-law Cass had her baby yesterday. We get to go visit them in the hospital tonight and I am SO excited. I got to reflecting a little about the whole having a baby thing. Honestly, I cannot think of a single experience in my life as profound, (I'm having a hard time actually finding the words), joyous, and almost surreal in it's happiness. It is just so amazing to finally meet that little person that has been growing inside of you. You always hear about what a miracle babies are but you actually feel that miracle in action right after having a baby. I told Brans that Cass having her baby is so exciting I almost, ALMOST, am ready for another one. I think we'll still wait a few years because Lana is still a baby. So, if you haven't had the experience of having a child, I highly recommend it. That's what this whole life is about! The amazing HIGHS and lows of having children.
