Luck O' the Irish

We were certainly Lucky on St. Patrick's Day this year. We got to have lots of fun.
Isn't this an adorable little leprechaun?
I had to include this picture because he was concentrating so intently on cutting that his little tongue popped out.
The day started with Branson urging the boys to put on green clothes. Then they came into the living room where I was in my pajamas giving Lana her bottle. Brans said, "Look guys, Mommy's not wearing green, go pinch her." Brecken said no and backed up like "are you crazy". Caden's face lit up as he came and gave me a little pinch.

After that we had green waffles cut out into shamrocks. Then we diddled around for a while. The neighbors came over and we made rainbow cupcakes. The boys loved mixing in all the different colors of food coloring into the cake batter. Here is Brecken frosting his cupcake:
So, do your kids eat cupcakes this way or is it just mine?

After lunch we were heading up to the Discover Children's Museum for FREE day! Audra couldn't get access to a car so she stayed home with her baby and Lana and I took the three boys. It was kind of fun walking around holding hands with such adorable little guys.
The construction zone was first. What little boy doesn't love all things construction!

They also love all things car related.
BEEP- Brecken will definitely be an aggressive driver.

Mmmm, I love those dreamy chocolate eyes.
They also loved playing in this little grocery store. Caden put on an apron and rang up items for other children, then he walked around the store asking people if there was anything he could help them with. Such a good little employee.
Hope you had as fun a day as we did!
