Spooky School Parties

Brecken's Joy School Party was the Thursday before Halloween. He kept changing his mind about what he wanted to be. He finally decided on a Knight. So I quickly put this together that morning. He was my adorable little Knight in Shining Armor.

The kids put on a Halloween Parade/ Fashion show for us moms. They came out one by one to show us their costumes, then sang a few songs.

Then they dug into their treat bags.

Friday morning we were all excited to go see Caden in the elementary's Halloween Parade. Brecken and Lana were so good. I think they were a little overwhelmed seeing sooo many kids all dressed up. Sadly, I was only able to get one pic of Caden in the parade and it was not a good one.

This pirate picture was from the week before, they were having the letter Pp week. Caden decided since they couldn't have masks at school he would be a pirate again instead of his transformer costume.

After the parade I dropped the little ones off at the neighbors then headed back to help out with Caden's class party. Here they are being read Halloween books.

At this station they got to decorate their own mini pumpkin with googly eyes and such.

Here is Caden's creation.
I am truly so, so grateful that I can be a stay at home mom. This is what I love best- making spur of the moment halloween costumes the morning of and getting to volunteer in Caden's class!

Agreed. All the money in the world couldn't pull me away from my kids.

I loved seeing Caden with a beard, he will look good grown up.
