We signed Caden up for baseball and he is LOVING it. If it were up to him he would have practice 6 days a week. We have friends in the neighborhood but they are all either girls or way younger. So the chance to hang out with kids his age and older and throw and hit balls is just awesome.
Here is our Super Star Slugger Caden:
Here is a nice action shot, throw that ball!
In a huddle with coach Matt. Their team name is the Knights and when they start getting bored in the outfield the coach will yell, "Who are we?" Then they all yell back Knights and they are excited and interested in the game again.
I had to have a picture of this because it was so funny. Every time a ball was hit the entire team would go racing to retrieve it. Then they would all jump on it and be a huge dog pile of kids. That was the first game, they do much better now and it's not nearly as entertaining.
Little Miss Lana enjoyed being a spectator.
Here's a view of the game from Lana's perspective.
The team all lined up for batting. Caden is in the middle back with a super mischievous look. He is conspiring something with his buddy Julien.
Branson is one of the assistant coaches, it's pretty fun for him to have some special time with Caden. Here he is getting Caden prepped up to bat.
Caden running to first base. He knows which direction to run now! He is learning so much.
Caden is doing so good, we are really proud of this guy!
