This is one of the projects I have been working on lately. While in Oregon visiting fam in Aug. I saw my sis.-in-law's oh so cute car seat. She told me how she covered it up and so I decided to do it to mine also. Here is the ugly, old, beat up car seat I used with both boys.
And this is the covered up version. The best part is it only cost me $5. I found the fabric at Wal-mart and that was all I needed. I ended up covering another car seat for Branson's sister who just had a new baby too.

(and btw, I just realized I still have your book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I totally thought I had given it to you last time I was out there.... looks like we need to make a trip out to EM to deliver the book :) And visit of course!! We'll have to talk about a time that would be good!)
Yes, both turned out SO adorable! when I get a new carseat, I would love for you to teach me how to do it! You're amazing!
